I’ve been a patient at this practice for several years and been quite happy with all the service received, although I wasn’t overly impressed with Pooja Shah. I recently had a reminder to visit, and when I attended, was very pleased with the professionalism and manner of the new dentist Arun. He explained everything thoroughly, giving me my options and quoting prices. At the same time, he asked about my health, genuinely caring. At my next visit he asked how the family wedding plans were coming along,...a nice touch to show that I’m not just part of a conveyer belt system. During the actual treatment, he was gentle and considerate, making what could have been a rather unpleasant situation, so much easier to tolerate. The after care explanation and service provided by both him and the reception staff is totally professional and exemplary. I will continue to use the Smile Studio, and recommend to all. Well done Arun, Simi and all staff I see there.

After a bad experience at my previous Dental Practice as well as a rude Receptionist, I was skeptical about visiting another Dentist and it took me a while to do so. I am so pleased to have discovered The Smile Studios Heston and need not have been skeptical. All of the staff work as a Team and that was one of the first positive things I noticed. The Receptionist, Jasmine is wonderful and greets you with a warm smile as soon as you enter this particular Practice. She is friendly and is without doubt the right person to be the initial face of The Smile Studios Heston. My Dentist, Dr. Aaron Raju is a top man. Very professional and, despite telling you things you might not want to hear about your treatment (who does?), gives it to you straight. I prefer that than being told a load of nonsense. He put me at my ease straight away and I was instantly filled with confidence even before he started treatment. He is excellent at explaining what the treatment involves, gives you the opportunity to ask any questions regarding the treatment, tells you what he is doing step by step when you are in the Dentist’s chair undergoing treatment, asks frequently if you are OK, gives you an opportunity to ask any questions post-treatment and tells you to contact him if you experience any problems after leaving the Dental Practice. Dr. Aaron definitely has his Patients at heart and comes across as someone who cares about his Patients’ dental wellbeing and passionate about what he does. He has provided me with excellent advice regarding my teeth so far and I hope that continues. He is supported by a superb Dental Nurse, Anju Gurung who appears to work well with him. I am impressed with how punctual Dr. Aaron and Anju have been with their treatments. So far I have not had to wait one minute past my appointment time. That for me is a huge plus. Despite not receiving a response to the ‘Ask Dr Mani’ question I submitted on this Practice’s website prior to my registration which almost resulted in me going elsewhere, my experience so far cancels out that disappointment. Shame I cannot give ten stars!
