The Brixham Dental Practice has been established for over thirty years. We have two main priorities, our patients, and our staff.

We have always tried to offer our patients a caring and personalised experienced. We have always been very aware that few people will look forward to a dental appointment. Our aim is to make them feel welcome and as confident and relaxed as possible from the moment they arrive. In our reception area, we have tried to create a warm and relaxed atmosphere. There are complimentary refreshments available, but most importantly our reception staff are brilliant at welcoming patients. Over time we get to know our patients on a more personal level & our patients become friends. A Patient once commented “you are cosseted from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave”.

We understand how stressful some treatments can be. At the end of treatments we will offer a hot towel service to help patients feel a little more refreshed and we will always telephone them the next day to make sure they feel comfortable and recovered. On occasions we send flowers to patients, if they have had complex or very invasive treatment. We offer a complimentary taxi service to those of our patients who are unable to organise their own transport or who are dependent on family members or friends. We pride ourselves on offering a personal and individual service to each patient and understand everyone prefers different approaches in patient care.
