Alex Rose Lee, who shot to fame as a runner up in Big Brother in 2011, has undergone a major makeover.
Having tweeted ‘No one is ugly, Just broke!!’ the reality star has re-emerged into the public spotlight, looking like a different woman thanks to a range of cosmetic treatments.
The blonde bombshell from Solihull, who finished in third place in the TV reality series, is said to have had lip fillers, face fillers, Botox, a nose job and a chin reduction.
The Birmingham Mail reports that the former McDonald’s worker said: ‘I looked absolutely horrendous, like why would I go on national television looking like that? I’m struggling to understand what was going through my mind.
‘It’s just crazy. I was 18 years old and I clearly had no fashion sense and no clue about anything. It’s so cringe when I look back, I can’t even look at the pictures. That girl does not exist anymore.’
Alex has been compared to current Celebrity Big Brother star Chloe Khan, who has also transformed her appearance since being mocked while on The X Factor.
