Replacing Old Crowns

This lady, had for many years crowns which were uneven and unsightly, so much so that she used to cover her mouth when smiling. She also had adjacent teeth with very large discoloured fillings. Her confidence was beginning to be affected as her job involved meeting people on a daily basis.

The treatment that we carried out, after discussion with her, was initially some teeth whitening and then placing new all ceramic (Emax) crowns on the front 4 teeth. She was extremely happy with the result and the new crowns have given resulted in her regaining her confidence. The next phase of the treatment will involve replacing some of the discoloured existing white fillings to ones that are more aesthetic.
