Dr Ruth Bentley BSc (Hons) BDS (Lond) MFGDP (UK)

Ruth qualified from UMDS (Guy’s Dental Hospital, London) in 2000, having also intercalated a BSc (Hons) in Sociology Applied to Medicine. She completed her Vocational Training year at the Causeway Dental Surgery–and liked it so much she decided to stay!

She has enjoyed building up a large list of loyal patients, watching families grow, and finding out about people and their interesting lives. Ruth enjoys all aspects of General Practice, and the great variety of challenges met each busy day.

She completed her MFGDP in 2001, and may consider further post graduate qualifications in the future. At the moment, however, family is everything –all her spare time is enjoyed looking after her two beautiful young children, Willem and Imogen, with her husband James
