After a failed crown that couldn't be put back, I opted for implant dentistry. Paula Scull answered all of my questions in a succinct and honest way and calmed my nerves about a dental procedure with sedation. I had bleeding gums often prior to attending so was referred to the Periodontist, Ravi who was able to clear up the gum disease (I didn't know I had) which made the implant process proceed smoothly. I wouldn't say it was a fun experience but the professional and kind team at Claremont on Foxley Lane is unmatched.

It took me ages to decide to go ahead with braces as an adult. I have always had crooked teeth and was teased as a child and even as an adult, I felt that my smile (or lack thereof) was holding me back. I spent a lot of time reading on the internet about options for straightening my teeth. Clear aligners, ceramic, metal, lingual... it is all so much to understand! When I met Tim McDonogh at his practice in Purley, Surrey for my first consultation he immediately put my needs first. He asked about my budget, what I was looking to achieve and if I had a timeline. I had one other consultation with an orthodontist, but I felt like a number rather than a patient and that I was being 'sold' something. Tim and his team made me feel like the end result was all that matters - my smile. And boy do I smile! I opted for a ceramic brace which is discreet (tooth coloured) and placed on the outer surface of the teeth. I had regular appointments and in just short of 15 months, I had my new, perfect smile. I wear a fixed retainer to keep my teeth from moving back and I also learned the importance of dental hygiene and now attend every 6 months. Thanks to the team, you are amazing!
