Nikki Berryman

Nikki is passionate about organisation, team training, business development and is committed to exceptional customer service. She has worked in the dental industry for 20 years, starting as a trainee dental nurse then spending 15 years as Business Development Manager for a private Implant and Cosmetic practice and latterly as a trainer and coach.

Her focus at Portmore will be ensuring the team are highly skilled, trained and motivated and that the team as a whole consistently deliver exceptional standards of patient care at all times. She believes the key to a successful practice is a happy team and happy patients.

Outside of dentistry, Nikki spends her time running, dog walking, buying shoes and studying for a BSc in Social Science.
