Lynn Nichols

After qualifying in 1990 at Newcastle, I worked in many dental practices as a dental nurse before joining Simon in 2005. I became Practice Manager for the Smile Spa in 2006 and love working with our team. We work hard to maintain a positive working environment where everyone is valued. In 2011, I completed the Institute of Leadership and Management level 4 Certificate and level 5 Award in Leadership & Management.

I have been married to Steve for 20 years and with 2 teenage boys our house is fairly lively.  Although we love to spend time together, Steve and I are enjoying some “us” time now the boys are a bit older.
