Frank Bates

I took early retirement from my role as Area Manager with HSBC in 2006. Soon after I joined The Smile Spa as Business Manager. I look after HR, Operations and Financial Control. The Smile Spa is a refreshing place of work, often requiring thinking outside the box and a greater emphasis to be hands-on. The team are fantastic and a pleasure to work with. At home, my partner of 17 years and I enjoy home entertaining, spending time with friends and family.
