After completing his dental degree Dr Farran has sought to enrich his professional experience through practising in private dental practices where he gradually developed special interest in Oral Surgery and Rehabilitation. Since 2006 he has been living and working as an associate in practices in Nottingham.
His interest in oral surgery lead him to attend vocational training courses and in 2010 he joined University of Central Lancashire (Uclan) Preston in order to expand his knowledge and experience on Aesthetic Implantology. He has gained significant experience to allow him to undertake not only independent Implantology work but also to accept referrals from colleagues and help them manage complex cases. He enjoys his work and in particular oral surgery and is frequently requested to be part of a multidisciplinary team in complex cases challenges he gladly accepts. Since his graduation he has been working as an implantologist in different practices across Nottinghamshire and has completed successfully many implantology cases (300+), ranging from simple, advanced and complex. In 2014 was awarded the academic title of a PgDip aesthetics implantology.
In the future, Dr Farran intends to finish his Msc degree in implantology at Uclan and further develop his role as Clinical Implantologist at Aesthetic Dental Studio.
