Dr Alex Redhead

Alex Redhead is an orthodontist who joined the team back in November 2005 and works with us on Monday afternoon and evening of each week. He is an accredited expert and teacher in the latest (invisible) orthodontic techniques and we have known him at the practice for many years.He qualified in Dentistry at King’s College School of Medicine and Dentistry in London in 1990, went on to complete a period of vocational training in a General Dental family practice in Suffolk and was then appointed the Senior House Officer at the Bristol Dental Hospital in Paediatrics and Restorative Dentistry.Following this he was Senior House Officer at the Royal Free Hospital in London specialising in Maxillo Facial Surgery and proceeded to gain a Fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He has Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and has also gained a Masters in Dental Science from Leeds University.
