Luke is our Oral & Maxillofacial surgeon, he comes to Bishopsgate Dental Care once a month to treat our patients, especially doing extractions of wisdom teeth and diagnosing oral pathology. With 20 years of training, Luke is a very skillful and accomplished surgeon.

Luke is a Consultant, Oral & Maxillofacial, and Head & Neck Surgeon within the North West London NHS Hospital Trust. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England as well as holding a qualification in Dental Surgery and being a Fellow of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons. Luke is in a special position to provide expertise in diagnosis and management of a full range of diseases of the mouth, jaw, face and neck and is one of the few surgeons in the UK trained in Head and Neck Robotic Surgery as well as Temporomandibular Joint surgery.

Luke is the lead author of ‘The Oxford Handbook of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery’, as well as being Section Editor for the International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Associate Editor for the British Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and Chairman of the Information Sub-Committee of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

He is dedicated to his profession and is heavily involved in teaching trainees who are coming into the field of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery.
