Sripal graduated from Sheffield University in 2012, since this time he has developed a particular interest in aesthetic and restorative dentistry, focussing on minimally invasive treatments.

Since graduation he has developed a through understanding of occlusion with a special interest in managing patients with tooth wear with the use of techniques learned from mentors who have lead courses at the Spear and Pankey institutes.

These techniques in some cases have enables him to relieve patients of their TMJ pain. In addition to this Sripal has developed an interest in CAD CAM dentistry, in most cases being able to provide long lasting ceramic restorations for patients on the same day.

Sripal often spends much of his time in the evening networking within the profession, attending study clubs around the area.

Outside of dentistry Sripal is a keen tennis player, captaining the first team for his local club. He also enjoys travelling with friends and family.
