Dr Vikas Agarwal is a GDC registered Specialist in Prosthodontics. He completed his Specialist training in Prosthodontics from Barts and The London Dental School in September 2014. Dr Agarwal is a Member of Prosthodontics and Faculty of Dental Surgery at The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. He recently attained his Fellowship in Restorative Dentistry from The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
He specialises in Implants, Cosmetic and Prosthetic Dentistry with a wide range of treatment options including full mouth reconstructions, All on Four/Six implant cases, Jaw joint disorders, removable partial and complete dentures, fixed and removable implant prostheses, and cosmetic smile designing.
His expertise is not only limited to Prosthodontics, but also has advanced skills in treating gum diseases and root canal therapy. Dr Agarwal has a special interest in implant dentistry and is presently involved in few research studies on Straumann® implants. Dr Agarwal has been a member of International Team for Implantology (ITI) and currently working on few research studies with the ITI UK chairman at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
Dr Agarwal is always keen on updating and advancing his skills in different aspects of Dentistry. He is a registered Invisalign Dentist who now also practices minor smile corrections with Invisalign clear mouthguards. He is currently working on pursuing the Fellowship of International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI) and Diploma in Implant Dentistry from The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
