Karen Lawrence

Karen qualified as a dental hygienist from the Royal Dental Hospital in London in 1979 after training as a dental assistant at UCL. She then continued to work in private and NHS practices in South East London.

During a break from working, whilst her children were young, she studied food preparation and gained a City and Guilds teaching qualification from South East London College.

Karen moved to Deal and in 1998 started working in local practices. She joined Preston House Dental in 2005 as one of two hygienists. Her friendly and understanding manner puts even the most apprehensive patient at ease.

Karen keeps fit by doing classes at the gym and walking the dogs. Karen loves taking holidays with her family to quiet villages in France. She also likes cooking, reading and spending time with her lovely, big family.
