I knew I wanted to be a dental nurse so I sent my CV out to local practices. I was offered several trainee dental nursing positions but chose White because they felt genuine and interested. It doesn't feel like a dental practice. Everyone's always got a cup of tea and it's more like seeing friends than going to work. The patients comment on this too. Everyone's my teacher. Whatever you do here, there is someone to show you how to do that job and how to do it well. It makes you feel really supported and keen to do your best – to please everyone.
