Dear Willie. I’d like to thank you and all your staff for the professional, and caring treatment plan that I have received from you. When I first came to your practise I was desperate to save my teeth, after years of being with a dentist that I trusted completely. Being totally unaware that the trust was completely misplaced, and the treatment I had received was innapropriate. Leaving me in a position of nearly losing all my teeth, gum disease, and the need for many extractions. A very daunting time for me. With your help, I can now smile again. Something I was loathe to do before. Never wanting to expose my teeth. The restorative treatment that I received from yourself, has restored my faith in a dentist. Your work has been precise, professional and extremely accurate. I have been so impressed with your knowledge, and how thorough your work is. The work that you have done for me is nothing short of a miracle, as we had doubts to start with if it was going to be possible, due to the poor state of the teeth you had to work with. Having regular dentist trips since I was a child, You have by far been the most remarkable dentist. Only by being a client of yours, have I had the opportunity to realise how much more your work is distinguished to any other dentist I have ever been to. I am also very impressed by your consistent kindness and advise, which has been invaluable. Thank you Willie. It has always been a total pleasure attending the many appointments I had to attend for you to do such a fine job. I would recommend you as a dentist to anyone, wether they haven’t  or have had the same dire problems as me. Without your help I wouldn’t have got this far, and am extremely grateful. Had you have been my dentist at the outset, I know I wouldn’t have experienced the problems, as you certainly wouldn’t have done cosmetic dentistry without dealing with problems first. Thank you also to your nurse, and receptionist who have also been so kind, caring and professional. You have all turned a negative previous experience into a positive experience. Kind Regards

I have been a patient at the Precise Dental Care clinic for many years and for most as a direct patient of Dr Willie Venter. The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly but at the same time professional, a 9am appointment, give or take a minute, is 9am and I have always had an  appointment at my convenience. I appreciate good advice and so far that advice has proven to be beneficial. I have recently had some cosmetic work which I am absolutely delighted with. ”Regards

I had never had any problems with my teeth, just the usual occasional filling but this all changedafter a filling had to be replaced. On the advice of my previous dentist I opted to have a ceramicfilling but this was the start of all my problems. The filling never actually felt quite right and I visitedmy dentist two or three times explaining my discomfort, each time he filed the tooth down a bit andsaid it should be OK. He even took an X-ray, after the second visit to examine the tooth. About two to three weeksafter this visit a large white lump appeared next to my gum, I had an abscess. On this visit he justannounced that the tooth would have to come out and I would have to have a dental implant, nothing else could be done and root canal treatment would not work. I was totally shockedespecially as I had been back several times. I decided to seek a second opinion and on therecommendation of a family member I visited Mr Venter. I immediately felt at ease with him and explained my situation. He examined my tooth and said hewould like to try root canal treatment as he felt it could work. He also explained that he could notguarantee 100% that it would be successful. I felt he was very honest with me. I had the root canal treatment and although it was unpleasant I have been delighted with theresults. Since then I have had no further problems with the tooth and I still have it. I feel Mr Venterprovides a very personal level of care, he always remembers me when I visit. He has restored myfaith in dentists.
