I studied dental hygiene therapy at the Birmingham University Dental School. I gained a wide range of skills, particularly in the field of paediatric dentistry.
Prior to becoming a dental hygiene therapist, I was a qualified dental nurse, from 2009. In that capacity I have had the pleasure of previously working with the team at 57 Friar Gate for 4 years.
Since my progression into dental hygiene treatment, I have taken a particular interest and great pride in improving the oral hygiene of patients, to maximise the longevity of their teeth.
I am extremely passionate about restorative dentistry and insistent in achieving the maximum cosmetic finish with my restorations. I was recently invited to attend a course in Switzerland, hosted by the dental company, Ivoclar Viva Dent to further my knowledge and hone my skills in my approach towards cosmetic dentistry.
I strongly believe in the holistic care of patients and believe that each person and their expectations are different. I therefore take great care in adopting an approach that allows me to deliver the best dental experience that will cater for each person's individual needs.
