Kirsty Leadbeter

Kirsty began her career as a qualified Beauty and Skincare Therapist working within some of the UK's top Salons and Spas. She progressed into management quickly and went on to successfully manage both private and NHS care establishments across the UK, including Skin Clinics and Dental Practices. She has been a Registered CQC Manager since 2010 and continues to develop her knowledge in this field.

Having worked alongside many top Surgeons, Consultants and Dentists, Kirsty has a wealth of experience within the Aesthetics and Dental care sector. She has won a number of awards for her consistency and dedication to these industries and continues to strive for excellence.

Her time at Dove Dental will predominantly focus on implementing the relevant CQC documentation and ongoing practices in order to achieve the Essential Standards set out by the CQC. She will work closely with her team in order to deliver 'five star customer service' and promote a happy and healthy working environment for both staff and patients alike.

In her spare time, Kirsty mainly enjoys reading, writing and drawing. She has also written a number of 'healthcare' related articles for local lifestyle magazines and blogs.
