We will print out your proposed treatment plan and ask for your signature signifying that you understood the treatment options that were discussed before you leave the Surgery after your initial visit. We will make sure that we update your medical history regularly and will always attempt to make you feel at ease in the chair. We promise that we will be gentle with you and that we will never be to busy to listen or to heed your fear or phobia....
