Emma started working at the Practice in September 1994 as a trainee dental nurse. She qualified as a dental nurse in November 1996 and then gained her Customer Services NVQ level 2 (1997). Other qualifications include:
- Dental Radiography qualification (1998)
- Orthodontic Nursing (2005).
- Diploma in Practice Management March (2008) .
- Diploma in Orthodontic Therapy (RCS Edinburgh Dec 2009).
- Member of the Orthodontic National Group.
