Joe graduated in 1992 from the University of Glasgow and remained in the city for vocational training in general dentistry. A year of study at Newcastle Dental School then led to a Masters Degree (MSc) in Restorative Dentistry in 1994. During a further two years in the hospital system, he gained a Fellowship in Dental Surgery achieving the award for best performance in those examinations for 1995. In 1996 Joseph was appointed a specialist registrar at Bristol Dental Hospital and completed his Membership in Orthodontics there in 1999 and a further Masters Degree by Research in 2000. Joe is responsible for all Orthodontic treatments.
