Dr Alfonso Rao was born in Italy and graduated with Distinction from the University of Chieti. He worked as an oral surgeon at hospitals in Pescara, Caserta and Napoli until 2009 when he started working in England and since then worked in several clinics between Bristol, Bath and Cheltenham.
Dr Rao has decided that Bristol is his future, and we are delighted to announce that he is the new owner of Queen Square Dental Clinic. Dr Rao strongly believes in 21st century dentistry and technology. He is very keen on continued education and has just completed a 3 year course in Implant Dentistry at the Eastman Dental Institute of London. He is now attending a further Masters course at the world renowned Global Institute for Dental Education in Los Angeles.
Alfonso's extensive knowledge and advanced training give him a wealth of knowledge and confidence to successfully carry out a wide range of treatments from a simple maintenance programme to a full mouth rehabilitation. He is a member of Association of dental implantology. He has an interest in cosmetic Orthodontics (invisalign and six months smile) and complex smile makeovers including porcelain crowns, veneers, and tooth whitening.
