Natasha Donnelley

Natasha joined the team in 2009 at first as a receptionist and since then has progressed her career within the practice.

In 2012 Natasha obtained her Dental Nursing Diploma, although it is not required that
a dental receptionist holds this qualification Natasha felt she would be better equipped to deal with patients questions and concerns with training in this area. Although working chair-side is not Natasha’s usual post, when called upon she is beyond capable and very
organized. Since gaining her Nursing qualification Natasha has went on to train to take impressions, and can be called upon if the dentist is busy or out of surgery to take impressions for patients. In most recent times Natasha has taken a backstage role and is our decontamination and sterilisation lead, working behind the scenes, attending lectures
and courses to make sure that our state of the art sterilisation room is working to best practice. Natasha is responsible for the daily, weekly and monthly tests on our machinery, the rotation and availability of instruments and also the maintenance of all the equipment. Natasha is also our audit queen, keeping monthly checks on the quality of our x-rays, keeping our medical emergency equipment up to date and in order, among many other things. Natasha is a great completer of tasks, she enjoys having things to do and getting them done, she is often seen arriving to work early, or leaving late with a desire to
get thinks completed. Natasha is currently working towards her certificate in radiology.
