SAY HELLO TO INSTANT INCH-LOSS,
IT’S TIME FOR LUNCHTIME LIPO

The Harley Medical Group Launches New Contouring Treatment ProMax Lipo

The Harley Medical Group has launched a revolutionary new non-surgical treatment which delivers inch loss, significant cellulite reduction and facial and body skin tightening in treatment you can fit into your lunch break!

If you want to slim down, tone your stomach or smooth your thighs, new ProMax Lipo combines three clinically proven powerful technologies, which give instant results.

Ultrasound cavitation therapy and radio frequency work alongside vacuum massage to ‘shake up’ fat cells, encourage lipids to move away from problem areas and naturally metabolise, and increase collagen production.

Kate Whitling, Treatment Manager at The Harley Medical Group comments: “There are certain parts of the body prone to fat storage such as the abdomen, thighs and it can be hard to reduce these problem areas through diet and exercise alone. Our new ProMax Lipo is designed for people who want to tackle several problems at once – whether that’s stubborn fat deposits, puffy eye bags or cellulite – and have instant, long-lasting results.”

WHAT CAN NEW PROMAX LIPO TREAT?

THE SCIENCE BEHIND NEW PROMAX LIPO

CONTOURING

When we gain weight, fat cells become enlarged with excess lipids and cause the subcutaneous layer to thicken.

New ProMax Lipo uses ultrasound waves to create vibrations in the subcutaneous layer leading to a ‘shake up’ of all fat cells – like an earthquake effect. Next small bubbles of oxygen gas are formed around the cells which quickly implode creating jets of pressure that push into the fat cell walls. This results in the increased permeability of the cell wall so previous trapped triglycerides can escape. The body naturally converts these into free fatty acids and glycerol which are metabolised.

Radio waves are added to create heat within the subcutaneous layer and increase lipid mobility, whilst a vacuum increases blood and lymph flow to transport these lipids away from the area. Long-term skin tightening is enhanced by the radio waves which also stimulate collagen production.

2. CELLULITE REDUCTION

The skin is attached to the body with fibres called septae which result in chambers of adipocytes in the subcutaneous layer. As the lipid content increases in an area of fat cells, the subcutaneous layer begins to expand and push upwards towards the skin surface. This results in the classic dimple-effect– it’s actually septae fibre underneath anchoring the skin down.

Using the same radio waves and vacuum massage, lipid content is reduced in the fat cells and there is less volume in the ‘chambers’ of the subcutaneous layer. This smooths the appearance of the skin and reduces the dimple effect. The added action of increasing blood and lymph flow drains away toxins.

3. SKIN TIGHTENING

The main structural component of the dermis is collagen which provides the skin with strength and laxity. With age collagen production reduces and collagen fibres become looser and thicker, resulting in poor skin laxity.

ProMax Lipo uses radio waves to penetrate the dermis to create gentle heating of the tissue resulting in skin tightening both instantly and long term.

The addition of the vacuum reduces puffiness which is great for many areas of the body but in particular the face as it creating a healthy glowing complexion.
