Hi, I have a question about general teeth whitening, I am a big tea and coffee drinker and worry that this will affect the colour of my teeth after having them whitened, what is best, tea coffee or green tea when trying to keep my teeth white?

Dear Grace, All forms of tea and coffee will reduce the effect of teeth whitening. Although having a weaker concentration of tea or coffee will have a reduced effect on the colour. This could be from the tea or coffee variety or the dilution from water, milk and the strength of the drink. Hope that helps. best wishes, Rahul.
