Norman is the founder of The Wright Initiative, pioneer of the 2016 award winning Safety In Beauty Campaign Diamond Award for his Pre and Post Procedure Support (PaPPS) Initiative offering bespoke Emotional, Relational and Psychological well-being support packages to patients, clients, professionals, children and their families.
Norman is a UKCP registered Integrative Psychotherapist holding a Master’s Degree in Psychotherapy with over sixteen years in private practice, is a state registered Social Worker with over 20 years’ experience giving support advice and guidance to adults, children and families dealing with their social care and mental health concerns. Norman is a Senior Associate of The Royal Society of Medicine and represents the UKCP as one of the BSI CH/403 committee members helping to set standards within the industry in the UK and Europe as well as being a Medico Legal expert exploring and preparing reports concerning medical procedures and the psychological injuries sustained. Norman is an Expert Panel Member for Consulting Room, GC Aesthetics, Safety in Beauty Campaign and Aesthetic Medicine Magazine. Norman is a Tutor on the BSc programme and advises Fostering and Adoption Agencies on numerous panels.
