Dr Einfeldt qualified from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark in 1994 and gained much experience working in practices in Denmark, Germany, and in the UK. He is now the Director of an award winning Private Practice in Staplehurst, Kent.

Dr Einfeldt is an international clinical instructor for Six Month Smiles. He has taught dentists in Germany, Ireland and the UK about cosmetic teeth straightening. He is encouraging dentists to further their education in orthodontics in general for the benefit of patients in general practice, which is why he is also a member of the European Society of Aesthetic Orthodontics (ESAO).

Established as a full member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD), his interests are combining minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry with orthodontics to deliver the most optimal results for his patients. Comprehensive treatment planning has remained his philosophy when teaching dentists and associated colleagues. He is also very passionate about working with the whole dental team including specialists, dental therapists, dental hygienists and nurses. Dr. Einfeldt believes team members should use the full potential of their qualifications and skills and thus help to streamline the flow in the Practice, increasing both job satisfaction and the dental business. He has much experience in strategies that utilize the full potential off all staff members thus directly enhancing the business. Dr Einfeldt is also fully accredited in providing Botox and Dermal Filler treatment.

Dr Einfeldt was invited to deliver keynote speech at the first annual conference of {my}dentist where he was regarded as the funny German speaker. He has been given much prestige as a guest speaker and member of the Professional Speaking Association (PSA) UK. Indeed, he has used communication techniques to create treatment plans that are most suitable for his patients' needs and wants. He believes that good communication can improve all aspects of our professional (and personal) lives. He teaches that successes greatly depends on better understanding of people as a two-way communication dialogue.

Dr Einfeldt would also like to see the professional respect and courtesy to return to the dental profession for the benefit of patients and dentists. He believes that to achieve that it is essential that we engage with our patients and colleagues on a personal level.
