Hello and welcome my name is Jodie Grove.

I have had a nursing career for over 16 years. Working in many specialties during this time and gaining extensive experience in clinical skills, management and training.

I discovered my  passion for aesthetics some years ago and began to plan my career into the industry. Its a fantastic and exciting industry to be involved in. My passion and enjoyment for my work is infectious and I believe this is apparent when clients visit the clinic for the first time. With each and every client being different along with their needs, my aim is to reflect this in the treatment plan I provide for them.My holistic approach is what has seen my clinic grow from strength to strength and be recognised for the detailed bespoke and personal  service I offer my clients.

I treat my clients  in a very natural way enhancing what they already have. There is no bigger complement than my clients telling me no-one even noticed they have had any treatment I know I’ve done my job well. The industry can at times have a bad reputation for making people look over done or plastic as many of my clients describe it. It really doesn’t have to be like that. I’m quite happy to admit I have plenty of treatments but I bet no-one would like to guess at what I’ve had done. This is aesthetics done well.

Since training in the aesthetic field I have taken the time to complete my prescribing degree at Cheltenham University, this therefore allows me the extra scope to offer my clients more.

I have  worked alongside some of the industries leading plastic surgeons and I have maintained a relationship with my  colleagues allowing me to refer clients with confidence when necessary.

I am  also a proud member of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses and insured by the industry leader Hamilton Fraser. Regulated by the NMCand a member of the Royal College of Nurses.

I have recently featured on BBC Wales for a news piece on safety in practice and protecting the public. My Welsh language needed revising for this but enjoyed the opportunity to be involved in educating the public.

I was also involved in a similar piece for the BBC Welsh news.

The Grove Skin Clinic is registered with Health Inspectorate Wales as an independent hospital. Something I was very keen and passionate  to achieve and essential with the clinic using IPL and other lasers.

Proud to have been a finalist in the prestigious London aesthetic awards two years in a row and I was commended in the category for Best clinic in Wales.

I was also a finalist in My Face My Body awards two years running, and I have  been a finalist in the Welsh Hair and Beauty awards three years running.

We pride ourselves on the safety and efficiency  of the treatments we  provide, with customer service and aftercare the forefront of the clinics ethos.

There are very few clinics like ours in Wales, I call it ours as we are a little work family all with the same goal in mind. I’m lucky to have found great passionate staff.  My aim has always been  to have the best clinic in Wales. This was not a dream of mine this is a goal and my determined nature, hard work and passion for my clients is what has made this a reality.
