Omnilux™ Light Therapy is a treatment used to rejuvenate the skin through the process of skin stimulation and renewal. Omnilux™ consists of three featured LED light treatment heads which emit specific wavelengths of light.

It is a pain-free, non-surgical solution to treating the ageing of skin and overall appearance, more specifically, fine lines and wrinkles, acne, rosacea (enlargement of facial vessels), scarring and facial wounds, and psoriasis (red, itchy and scaly patches of skin).

Omnilux™ consists of three featured LED light treatment heads which emit specific wavelengths of light. Different LED light is used for different treatment protocols:

Blue (Omnilux Blue™) is used for killing acne bacteria.

Red (Omnilux Plus™) promotes the stimulation and healing of collagen.

Infrared (also known as Omnilux revive™) reduces inflammation, as well as stimulating collagen growth.

Omnilux™ LED can thus treat and improve skin by reducing signs of acne and wrinkles.

Make-up and lotion must be removed before treatment and safety goggles should be worn always. Treatment time usually lasts for around 20-30 minutes on average twice per week. Your treatment plan will be discussed on consultation, and this will be altered to suit individual needs and match unique skin rejuvenation requirements.

Omnilux™ is a safe skin rejuvenation procedure, the only precaution you must take is to wear goggles to protect your eyes from the light. Being a non-invasive procedure, there is no down time and activities can be commenced after treatment, including the application of make-up or any kind of lotion.

Results are usually visible between 4-8 weeks after treatment.

Omnilux™ Light Therapy does not contain harmful UVA or UVB therefore cannot damage your skin. There have been no reported side effects and patients often find the treatment relaxing.

Results continue to improve overtime, often up to 4-6 months, post-treatment. This is due to the infrared light (Omnilux revive™) stimulating the natural processes of skin rejuvenation.
